The Financial Reporting Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial statements produced across the organization’s association accounting platform. This role leads a team responsible for the mass production of accrual-basis financial statements for community associations and ensures all reporting adheres to company standards, accounting policies, and established operational procedures. This position will manage and oversee a team of approximately 35 accounting professionals, including financial statement preparers and reviewers, and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics that support scalable, high-quality financial reporting. The role plays a critical leadership function in ensuring that financial reporting operations maintain a high standard of quality, process discipline, and operational efficiency, while continuously improving workflows and strengthening internal accounting controls.
