You are happiest when given the opportunity to create an unforgettable dining experience for your guests. You have a passion for serving, and you love to share the experience of outstanding food and beverage. You’ve been a server in a chef driven restaurant and have a deep understanding of food, ingredients, preparation and cooking techniques. You have three to five years of fine dining experience and advanced beverage knowledge of spirits, beer and wine. You are comfortable talking about food from around the world, but Italian food is a personal passion of yours.
