About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financing of multimillion-dollar factoring transactions over a six-month period
  • Develop essential knowledge of Daylit's financial products within the working capital solutions domain
  • Work directly with the COO on operational initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in scaling workflows and improving the customer journey through innovative fintech solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring responsive and effective resolutions.
  • Perform operational activities to foster strong customer relationships through regular, proactive engagement to understand their needs and ensure optimal use of Daylit's solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales and Tech teams to streamline customer experiences and advocate for customer-driven product enhancements.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze customer usage data, deriving insights to inform upselling opportunities and product improvements.
  • Track and analyze key KPIs to generate actionable insights
