Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s collections process.
  • Track MQLs and SQLs and analyze funnel performance.
  • Conduct research on target markets for marketing and sales.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing sales materials and assets.
  • Analyze ROI for campaigns, products, and partnerships.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze customer usage data, deriving insights to inform upselling opportunities and product improvements.
  • (Optional) Utilize understanding of SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and interpret customer data for tailored engagement strategies.
