Responsibilities

• Carrier Sourcing & Vetting: Sourcing reliable carriers with specific flatbed equipment (e.g., standard flatbeds, hotshots, extendable, multi-axle trailers) to meet project requirements.
• Logistics & Project Planning: Planning routes for specialized loads, which may involve complying with strict Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for overweight or oversized, cargo.
• Load Tracking & Communication: Providing real-time updates to customers, tracking shipments, and troubleshooting, often managing 24/7 service requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Managing permits for oversized loads and ensuring safety compliance.
