We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing equipment moves, tracking fleet status, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and ensuring accurate system updates. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and capable of troubleshooting equipment-related issues.

Requirements

  • An acceptable combination of education and/or work experience with over 5 years' work experience in the Automotive, Truck and Equipment field.
  • Specific expertise in both heavy equipment and boom equipped vehicles (aerial devices).
  • Driving record free of moving violations, accidents and have the ability to drive company vehicles safely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new software systems as required.
  • Local to York, Pennsylvania but with regular travel to other offices, customer facilities, jobsites and yard locations for offsite meetings (flexibility to work from home when appropriate).
  • A “can-do” attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree – Computer Science, Business Administration, or Construction Management.
  • Valid CDL or the ability to acquire a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate equipment moves based on requests and communicate with all affected parties.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues by being a subject matter expert.
  • Responsible for always knowing the status of the Fleet and equipment locations.
  • Conduct coordination/follow-up with the Field to ensure deliveries and pickups are completed by the specified date/time.
  • Communicate with external vendors.
  • Responsible for all updates of equipment moves in the ERP system.
  • Dispatch of drivers or vendors to move/deliver equipment.
  • Assist with moving equipment as needed.
