About The Position

Primary Objectives of Position:
Provide mechanical service in a timely and efficient manner
Assist in achieving the cooperative’s mission and goals
Perform every task with outstanding customer service
Adhere to all cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures
The ability to be flexible moving from job to job to keep all departments working
Ability to complete a tasks in field situations unsupervised

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Familiar with DOT guidelines for equipment repair
• Be able to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Familiar with vehicle repair

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of all location equipment
• Keep accurate records of all service time and parts used
• Keep equipment in good mechanical condition and clean as needed
• Sweep and wash shop as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Inform supervisor of inventory needs
• Ability to work well with others to accomplish a goal ( team work )
