Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (fleet, automotive, or related industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new commercial fleet accounts throughout the territory
  • Meet with business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers in person
  • Identify fleet needs and present customized maintenance solutions
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through contract execution
  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
