The Fleet Solutions Analyst supports Account Executives in managing customer relationships and delivering fleet optimization strategies. This role involves conducting data analysis on fleet spend, organizing and interpreting supplier and lease quotes, and preparing materials that enable sales success. The Analyst plays a key role in supporting proposal development, implementation planning, and the ongoing operational needs of customer accounts. This is a cross-functional role designed to contribute to both customer satisfaction and company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or data analysis role
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30-50%); travel frequency and duration may vary depending on customer and project needs
  • Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience in banking, leasing, finance, national sales, project management
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word expected
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Strong math skills and finance skills preferred
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Travel Required 30-50%

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives with administrative and analytical tasks across assigned customer accounts.
  • Gather and consolidate supplier and lease quotes as requested.
  • Conduct detailed spend analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with on-site customer surveys to collect data and observe operational conditions.
  • Help build customer proposals by compiling usage data, requirements, and solution options.
  • Create and maintain equipment specification forms and internal system records.
  • Prepare presentations and visualizations that communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and support user training on TFS systems.
  • Assist in tracking implementation milestones and documenting customer fleet plans.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (supply chain, finance, operations) to execute deliverables.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
