About The Position

The Flexographic/Rotary Die Cut Operator plays a critical role in the production process within the durable goods manufacturing sector by operating and maintaining Flexographic/Rotary Die Cut Operator printing machines. Requirements

• Previous experience operating Flexographic/Rotary Die Cut printing machines or similar industrial printing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine setup and adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and quality specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Previous experience in flexographic and/or rotary die cut printing or related manufacturing processes.

• Corrugated paper industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare flexographic and/or rotary die cut printing machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor machine operation continuously to ensure print quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prevent downtime and extend machine life.
• Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any operational problems or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
