About The Position

Lead the Floor. Drive the Energy. Own the Experience. Wamesit Lanes is looking for a Floor Supervisor to lead our team on the front lines of guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to keep both the team and the operation running smoothly. As a Floor Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing daily operations across bowling, arcade, and food & beverage—ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience while supporting and motivating your team.

• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment
• Successful completion of Background Check and/or CORI Screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred (hospitality or entertainment a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding guest service across all areas
• Oversee daily operations including bowling, attractions, arcade, and food & beverage
• Ensure proper staffing levels and adjust based on business needs
• Hold team members accountable to Wamesit standards and policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
• Enforce all safety, health, and operational procedures
• Support team morale and create a positive, high-energy work environment
• Assist with resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by Upper Management
