About The Position

Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts. Will be instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache. Coordinates with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to a foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) request. Provide support for foreign visits request to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platform, tracking all assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitor all reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows and report back to customer, attend and brief the customer on the Sustainment cases during meeting and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Respond to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding. Ensure obligation plans are documented properly. Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans. Draft memorandums of request for Action Items. Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). Assist in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports. Prepare material for Country briefings, reports, and memorandums. Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at PMRs and other meetings. OCONUS and CONUS travel is required

Responsibilities
