About The Position

The Food & Beverage Lead will be responsible for supervising team members and assisting with delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all our guests.

Requirements

Food Safety Manager and ServSafe Certifications are preferred
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have strong leadership and mathematical skills
Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Must be able to work under pressure, be decisive, and work well in a group setting
Ability to motivate employees and prioritize
Must be able to work irregular shifts to include nights, weekends, holidays as needed
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Significant walking, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling may be required
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Facility has intermittent noise

Responsibilities

Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage team members
Assist with food prep and cooking
Keep all food service areas clean and neat
Balance cash drawer at end of shift
Handle any customer complaints
Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed
Ability to lead and set example for other team members
Open/close concession stands and ensure all procedures are followed
Monitor quality control and maximize efficiency
Other duties as assigned leadership
