You're not just near the action, you're in it Room to Grow- We're passionate about developing talent and promoting from within Cool New Experiences - Great travel discounts Investment in Your Future- 401k match Work- Life Balance- PTO after 90 days What You Need Every Day- Competitive Pay What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned): Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guest and meets specifications Conducts daily shift meetings Assists in training new staff members within their department Assists management with motivating, developing, coaching and counseling staff members to ensure the proper level of service is being provided to guests Assists with labor controls and assigning duties to Staff Members Responsible for reporting any Staff Member issues to management Ensures a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation and training Assists management with opening and closing responsibilities and assigning duties to Staff Members, and including overseeing dining room set up and conducting a walk-through Maintains cleanliness of the dining room Relays order to kitchen or bar and serves courses from kitchen and service bars Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner What you should bring to the table: Bring your passion for guest service, reliability and can-do attitude Also Important: High School Diploma 1-3 years' experience in food & beverage service Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Willingness to act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
