Key responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, resolving customer issues, scheduling shifts, and maintaining cleanliness standards to create an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role (restaurant, hotel, or catering).
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and food safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Requires standing/walking for long periods, working in fast-paced environments, and working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front-of-house staff (servers, bartenders) to ensure smooth service, proper table setups, and timely food delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, fostering a positive dining environment.
  • Enforce all safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations (e.g., HACCP).
  • Oversee POS systems, process payments, and perform opening/closing duties.
