We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who is energetic, service‑focused, and excited to lead hospitality operations in one of Cleveland’s most beautiful cultural landmarks. In this leadership role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all bartender services and help ensure unforgettable - experiences for our patrons. Requirements
- 3–5 years bartending, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong drink knowledge.
- Exceptional customer‑service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
- Proficiency with software applications such as Sling and Excel.
- Willingness to obtain/maintain CPR and AED certification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee bar readiness and staff presentation.
- Collaborate on specialty cocktails and training.
- Ensure compliance and inventory accuracy.
- Support special events and guest services.
- Lead staff communication and service quality.
