About The Position

This position works as a dining room food server. Duties include direct sales of food and beverages, accurate order taking, delivery of orders, checkout and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, especially weekends, up to 4 or 5 days per week.
• Must be 18 years of age or older. (Must be 21 years of age or over to serve alcohol.)
• Knowledgeable regarding common foods, draft & bottled beers and liquors.
• Must enjoy working with and interacting with the public and other employees.
• Prior work-related experience in the restaurant and/or hospitality industry strongly preferred.
• Valid Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire.
• Completed Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurate recording and fulfillment of customer orders, including special requests.
• Proven ability to multi task with customers in various stages of dining.
• Enforce all alcohol related laws and best practices.
• Perform side work as specified
• Communicate frequently with busser and Chef to ensure best service
