Requirements

• 5 years’ general roofing experience required
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication/people skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid state drivers’ license (in good standing) is required
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Shingles

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of CentiMark roofing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Foreperson will be responsible for a 2-person roofing repair crew.
• Candidates should be able to lead and train crewmembers with field applications, work with field supervisors and communicate with customers and management.
• They will be responsible for paperwork, time sheets, mobile applications and ensuring that CentiMark safety policies are followed.
• The foreperson should be able to take their crewmember to jobsites and make extensive repairs within the hours provided in a safe and orderly manner.
