In the last twelve years, Acrisure has grown from $38 million in revenue to nearly $5 billion and now employs more than 19,000 colleagues across 20+ countries. Built on entrepreneurial spirit, we prioritize leadership, accountability, and collaboration — equipping our teams to work at the highest levels and solve meaningful challenges. Role Summary & Mission The Value Partner is the independent steward of value integrity within the Palantir Center of Excellence. This role exists to ensure that the CoE's commitment to business value is not just articulated at the start of a use case, but rigorously measured, honestly reported, and decisively acted upon throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. The Value Partner facilitates the CoE's value measurement framework — from upfront Value Cases through Prototype Checkpoints to Recurring Realization cycles — and escalates over- or under-performance to leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations. This is a rare role that requires the analytical rigor of a finance professional, the communication skills of a management consultant, and the operational credibility to hold delivery teams accountable. The Value Partner does not build solutions — they ensure that everything built is worth building.

Requirements

  • Expertise in business case development — DCF modeling, NPV/ROI analysis, KPI framework design, and value capture strategy
  • Strong financial literacy; ability to engage credibly with finance, actuarial, and senior business stakeholders on value methodology
  • Proficiency in Excel/financial modeling tools for near-term value tracking; familiarity with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms for long-term dashboard development
  • Ability to define measurable KPIs from qualitative business outcomes and translate them into operational tracking specifications for technical teams
  • 10–15+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, enterprise program management, or value engineering roles
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programs — ideally including AI/ML or data platform initiatives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related business field

Nice To Haves

  • Management consulting or enterprise value realization background strongly preferred
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly complex industries preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (MBA), Engineering, or related business field

  • Partner with FD Partners and business leads to develop rigorous Value Cases including KPI library selection, baseline establishment, and DCF / Breakeven / ROI modeling.
  • Conduct Prototype Value Realization Checkpoints using sample-based measurement approaches; produce Go/No-Go recommendations with supporting analysis.
  • Own the production and maintenance of Realization Dashboards and Value White Papers for all Strategic use cases in the portfolio.
  • Escalate under-performing use cases to CoE leadership and the relevant FD Partner, with structured recommendations to adjust, abandon, or accelerate.
  • Maintain the CoE KPI Library and ensure consistent application of measurement standards across all use case types.
  • Support FD Echo in configuring value tracking mechanisms within Palantir Foundry / AIP where appropriate — translating value hypotheses into observable metrics.
  • Provide transparency to CoE leadership and executive sponsors on portfolio-wide value performance, trends, and risks.
