About The Position

Batteries Plus is hiring a Franchise Business Consultant to support a West Coast territory of franchise-owned stores. In this strategic field leadership role, you'll partner directly with franchise owners to drive operational excellence, increase sales, and improve profitability. What You'll Do Partner with franchise owners to improve operational execution, sales performance, and profitability. Conduct store visits, review key performance metrics, and create action plans that drive measurable results. Train and coach store leadership on company programs, operational standards, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to implement new initiatives and ensure alignment with brand goals. Analyze P&L statements and other performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide ongoing guidance, development, and support to strengthen leadership within each franchise. Promote community engagement, uphold compliance, and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2+ years in a multi-location or field support role. Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and operational best practices. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and influence others. Business acumen with experience in analyzing financial performance and developing improvement plans. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
