As a Franchise Compliance Specialist on the compliance team, a typical day for you will include: Securing outstanding reports and documents from franchisees through proactive communication and outreach. Analyzing accounts receivable reports to identify and investigate inconsistencies in invoicing and account management. Investigating potential compliance violations and gathering relevant evidence. Developing and implementing corrective action plans in collaboration with franchisees and internal teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees on compliance matters. Use databases and software daily to enter accurate information into systems like Microsoft Suite, FranConnect, and Great Plains. Conduct follow-up communications with the appropriate contacts to ensure compliance. Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. (Required qualifications) Experience: 1 years + working in compliance, business office management, contract administration, collections, and/or accounting.
