The Integrated Producer is a key production partner within the Social and Digital team, working closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, and our Clients to help bring ideas to life across digital, social, and entertainment-driven campaigns. This role supports the planning and execution of projects from kickoff through delivery, helping ensure work stays organized, on schedule, and on budget. The Integrated Producer plays a hands-on role in coordinating teams, managing workflows, and collaborating with production partners to turn creative concepts into high-quality content. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about storytelling, entertainment, and culture. This role will also be responsible for social first content capture and micro shoot content planning.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of production experience within a creative agency, production company, or entertainment marketing environment
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns that may include digital, social, video, or experiential work
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, experiential, and emerging platforms
  • Partner with Creative, Account, Strategy, and external production partners to bring ideas from concept through delivery
  • Help coordinate micro shoot logistics, schedules, content creators, and deliverables across internal teams and partners
  • Ensure deliverables meet technical specs, platform requirements, and quality standards
