Requirements

- Self-motivation and a drive to exceed goals and quotas
- Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or sales.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software, load boards, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Responsibilities
- Build & Grow Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with shippers, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, make outbound sales calls, and negotiate competitive rates to drive revenue growth. Proven ability to develop, maintain and grow a book of business.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service by anticipating customer needs, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a seamless freight-moving experience.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and freight market conditions to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Accurately enter and manage load details, contracts, and pricing to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to guarantee successful freight movement from start to finish. Effective communication skills
