About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant / Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing courteous and professional front-desk and administrative support for the community. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, employees, and contractors, ensuring smooth check-in procedures, effective communication, and timely handling of inquiries and documentation.

Requirements

  • All candidates must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Check in and log all visitors, contractors, and vendors according to community procedures
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Respond to emails and written inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Accept, review, and process forms, applications, and other documents
  • Provide information regarding community rules, policies, and procedures
  • Handle miscellaneous questions and inquiries from individuals checking in at the property
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and files related to front desk activities
  • Monitor front desk area to ensure security and proper access control
  • Communicate issues, concerns, or incidents to management as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
