The Front Desk Admin Intern position serves as Zoot's first impression to visitors, clients, and other guests entering the building or contacting the business, as well as providing excellent hospitality services through our on-site Coffee Bar and Kitchen. The position performs a wide range of customer service, administrative, and hospitality tasks, including daily operation of the Coffee Bar (making espresso drinks, processing receipts, ordering/purchasing supplies), setting up hospitality throughout the building for meetings and trainings, coordinating with the Kitchen staff for catering needs (lunches, refreshments), administrative tasks, managing coffee in the kitchenettes throughout the building, and assisting with company-wide events (set up, hospitality, visitor management). This position is part of the Administration team and provides some administrative support for the department and, at times, administrative support for parts of the company. The Front Desk Admin position requires a person who can always provide a high level of customer service, self-initiative, and regular management of changing priorities.
