About The Position

As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, the Front Desk Administrative Support plays a key role in creating a professional, welcoming experience while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. This entry-level position provides hands-on exposure to administrative systems and business processes and is ideal for someone starting their career in office administration and business support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and solutions-oriented
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Comfortable working with confidential information with discretion
  • Eager to learn HR practices and grow in the people function

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries
  • Manage lobby appearance and office supply inventory
  • Distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly
  • Support meeting coordination, including room setup and guest logistics
  • Update trackers and keep administrative logs current.
  • File, scan, and organize business operations documents.
  • Log requests and route them to the right team member.
  • Maintain shared folders and ensure documents are saved correctly.
  • Assist with basic compliance and operational paperwork as assigned.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for Business Operations.
  • Flag upcoming deadlines to the appropriate owner.
