We are in search of service minded individuals with the desire to make a positive impact on the residents that live within our community. Position available for Full-time NOC Shift Full-time: Mondays to Thursdays, Midnight to 8am (4 days a week) Require the ability to help cover other shift days/times as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must complete employment application online to advance to next step! Pay: $22 per hour We are a 24/7 facility therefore one must be able to work weekends and holidays as required. All applicants are required to complete and pass a drug screening, physical exam with tuberculosis (TB) skin test, and criminal clearance through FBI and Department of Justice. The background search includes minor misdemeanors and DUIs. Are you a dependable and attentive professional who works well independently during overnight hours? We are seeking a self-directed Night Shift Front Desk Coordinator (12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.) to support the safety, security, and smooth overnight operations of our community. The role requires alertness, independence, and professionalism, and readiness to respond to resident needs, monitor building activity, and handle unexpected situations with calm confidence. Candidates must also be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and our security monitoring system. What Can Baywood Court Offer You? Requirements

  • Remain alert, attentive, and engaged throughout the overnight shift.
  • Work independently for extended periods while exercising sound judgment.
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality; overnight coverage is critical.
  • Read, write, and speak English clearly using proper grammar.
  • Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies, following established protocols.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable learning new software, and operating a multi-line phone.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision as well as demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Ability to sit for up to 75% of the shift, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach as needed to respond to resident needs or emergencies.
  • Maintain focus and attentiveness throughout overnight hours.
  • Lift and carry up to 10 lbs.; push and pull up to 30 lbs.
  • May be exposed to communicable diseases, blood or body fluids, cleaning chemicals, and unpleasant odors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an alert, professional presence at the front desk to support safety, security, and smooth overnight operations while working independently.
  • Monitor security cameras and promptly report safety or security concerns to management or the Sheriff’s Office.
  • Serve as first contact for urgent or emergency resident situations, contact 911 when necessary, and guide EMTs to apartments.
  • Stay calm and confident while managing unexpected situations and prioritizing resident safety.
  • Document overnight activity, incidents, and resident concerns for clear communication with daytime staff.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures.
  • Fulfill administrative work orders.
  • Post community communications and sending electronic messages via AlertMedia communication platform.
  • Prepare the front desk and common areas for the morning shift, organize workspace and communicate key information at shift change.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, transfer to appropriate departments, and forward voicemail messages.
  • Welcome overnight and morning visitors or vendors, ensure proper check-in, and announce them to residents or staff.
