Position Summary The Front Desk Manager oversees daily front office operations and leads the front desk team in delivering seamless, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Previous Front Desk Supervisor or Front Desk Manager experience in a hotel or resort setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for guest service and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel PMS systems
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and evenings

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise the front desk team, fostering a culture of service excellence
• Oversee daily front office operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest communications
• Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and brand expectations
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management to ensure smooth operations
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and stafffing needs for the front desk team
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and cash handling procedures
• Support revenue optimization through room inventory awareness and upselling opportunities
