About The Position

This position works the overnight third shift and is responsible for completing the nightly audit while supporting front desk operations. Effectively check guests into and out of the resort by performing the following duties. As the Front Desk Agent, you will provide: Listens to guest concerns and identifies appropriate solutions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
  • Issues room keys and provides escort instructions to bellhops.
  • Date-stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
  • Transmits and receives telephone messages.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Computes bills, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
  • Makes and confirms reservations.
  • Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to the ledger.
  • Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations and arranges tours.
  • Assists guests with the deposit of valuables in the hotel safe or safe deposit boxes.
  • Performs nightly bucket checks.
