Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for service and guest care
  • Comfortable using technology and front desk systems
  • Ability to maintain calm and professionalism during busy check-in and check-out periods
  • Frequent standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
  • Occasional bending, lifting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements including typing and computer use
  • Ability to clearly read computer screens and documentation
  • Ability to remain composed and attentive during high-pressure situations

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and supportive team culture while demonstrating professionalism in every interaction
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and anticipating guest needs
  • Support colleagues by sharing knowledge, guidance, and encouragement to ensure consistent service standards
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive guest or owner information
  • Welcome owners, members, and guests with warmth and professionalism during arrival and departure
  • Register guests and owners while ensuring accurate data entry and accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Coordinate room status updates with Housekeeping and Engineering including check-outs, early arrivals, late departures, and maintenance requests
  • Conduct final inspections of residences to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for guest occupancy
  • Operate front office equipment including phone systems, printers, and property management software
  • Issue and manage room keys and safe deposit boxes according to Club procedures
  • Follow all cash, credit, and financial handling procedures
  • Assist with pre-arrival preparations to ensure residences and amenities are ready for guest arrival
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Club activities, amenities, dining outlets, and services
  • Provide information about the Club, residence locations, and parking options
  • Use professional telephone etiquette and provide prompt, courteous responses to guest inquiries
  • Process guest mail, packages, and messages efficiently
  • Promote Club services through thoughtful recommendations and suggestive selling
  • Operate and troubleshoot guest-use equipment including gaming systems, arcade machines, shuffleboard, air hockey tables, and vending machines
  • Assist members and guests with equipment use to ensure everything operates smoothly
  • Communicate effectively with all Club departments including Golf, Racquets, Restaurants, Spa & Fitness, Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounting, HR, Concierge, Bell Services, and Marketing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment
  • Report unusual situations, guest concerns, or service opportunities to the Residences Director
  • Provide suggestions to leadership for improving guest experience and front desk operations
