Our receptionist is our primary ambassador of First Impressions and an important supporter of our mission. Attending the front desk of our beautiful new lobby from 8am to 5 pm Monday through Friday will ensure we provide the excellent customer service we're known for. We would love to fill this role with a mission driven person who exhibits desire and ability to be cross-trained, demonstrates flexibility, identifies opportunities for efficiencies, and seeks to increase organizational knowledge and professional capabilities.

Requirements

• A combination of education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• High school diploma
• At least one (1) year of previous administrative support in a professional office setting.
• MS Office

Responsibilities

• Performs front desk reception duties by providing guests a welcoming lobby experience, answering/transferring phone calls, responding to emails, handling mail, maintaining the front desk files and reception area.
• Maintains department calendars, invoices, spreadsheets and databases.
• Maintains inventory and distribution of collateral, program material, incentives and office supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
