Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
Commitment to helping others and working with a team
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Engaging with customers
Answering phone calls
Responding to questions
Informing customers about our various offerings
Upselling products or treatments
Scheduling appointments
Providing cost estimates as requested
Taking staff messages
Helping with general cleaning
