Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Ability to work 8:30am.-5pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays during company event days.
  • Experience/exposure to excellent customer service and reception duties.
  • Must be personable, polite, dependable, and able to effectively communicate and establish positive relations with the general public and all levels of employees.
  • Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
  • Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays.
  • Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

  • Answering, transferring, and screening a high volume of daily phone calls.
  • Assisting the recruitment team with job postings, resume review, scheduling and other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinating all accounting operational functions (A/R, A/P, and General Accounting).
  • Operation of a company electronic switchboard.
  • Greets and directs visitors at the front desk.
  • Provides excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the front desk and kitchen area.
  • Ordering office and kitchen restock as needed.
  • Advises visitors of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Prevents the entry of unauthorized personnel.
  • Scheduling shipping for real estate leasing and aggregate samples.
  • Data entry through M.S. Excel.
  • Audit of purchasing tickets.
  • Recording of "Samsara" safety results.
  • Assistance with scanning of human resource documents and applications.
  • Report preparation of company hiring events and statistics.
