About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in St. Augustine, is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to join our front desk team. We are looking for an individual that can connect with our guests, understand their needs and build relationships. Do people often refer to you as their "energetic" friend? Are you a passionate individual who is motivated by success? We can teach you everything you need to know about the spa industry - all we need is YOU to bring your excellent sales skills!

Requirements

  • Warm welcoming and engaging personality
  • Flexible availability. Must have flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and gift cards
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Excellent personal appearance, good verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
  • Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
  • Must have flexible availability
  • A friendly and upbeat personality who genuinely enjoys working with people, building connections, and contributing to a positive team and client experience.
  • Excited about the idea of controlling your hourly earnings through sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is a genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Lifestyle Program: Enthusiastically promote and successfully sell our membership program to new and existing guests, highlighting its benefits and meeting sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Build lasting relationships with members and guests.
  • Appointment Booking: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, maintaining an organized appointment book.
  • Sales Management: Track and manage your daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, earning commissions for each sale made. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with guests.
  • Service Knowledge: Gain detailed knowledge of our menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you on the services & enhancements!
  • Cleanliness Standards: Uphold spa cleanliness standards to ensure a pleasant environment for all.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
  • Flexible Hours: Capable of working flexible hours to meet the needs of our guests, including nights, weekends & Federal holidays as needed.
  • Positive Attitude: Bring enthusiasm and energy to work each day, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and a motivating environment for the team
