About The Position
MassageLuXe McDonough is looking for qualified Front Desk Sales Associates! We welcome both part-time and full-time Front Desk Sales Associates. You will join a team of professionals who are driven to help our clients feel their best. We empower our team to use their abilities and strengths while we focus on bringing in new clients and maintaining a consistent client base. We truly believe and understand that our employees are the key to our success. MassageLuXe is focused on providing our entire team with a safe, positive, rewarding, and stable job environment. We seek enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. We are looking for someone who is committed to focusing on and excelling in the following duties for this entry-level role:
Requirements
- Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude and demeanor.
- Must be goal-oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Must be customer service oriented and communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and warmly welcoming our clients.
- Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
- Promoting and representing MassageLuXe professionally and enthusiastically.
- Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.
- Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.
- Sign clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits their needs and offers the best value for them.
- Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere for clients and other team members in the spa.
- Generate new clientele through grassroots marketing promoting.
