About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Location: Croasdaile Village Retirement Community - 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, North Carolina 27705. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time and part time; Monday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; Sunday and holidays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview. Requirement: Prior customer service, hospitality, and catering experience is preferred. Prior experience managing a team of up to 23 associates is preferred. Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $18.50 per hour. Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
