Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or front office role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive, proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and manage the front desk in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Provide general administrative support across the office
  • Assist with internal announcements and notices
  • Coordinate communication between departments and management
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Maintain office records and ensure proper filing systems
  • Manage and maintain meeting room schedules
  • Coordinate calendars for managers and teams, when required
  • Arrange domestic and international travel bookings
  • Plan and support internal company events
  • Manage procurement of company merchandise
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
