Requirements

Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers.
An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity.
Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software.
High School Diploma.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Nice To Haves

Business school or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain patient records & manage patient charts in practice management system.
Provide extensive customer service utilizing email, phone calls, texts, and in-person interactions.
Check patients in and out.
Send physician reports.
Manage social media postings.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and schedule patients.
Support providers.
Assisting medical biller with designated tasks
Calling insurance companies
Handling monthly invoices
