Qualifications Current Active Duty Servicemember Separating from the Military in 4-12 months Able to complete a minimum of 8 weeks and up to a maximum of 6 months SkillBridge apprenticeship. Able to work 40 hours per week. Mechanically minded. Position Description This position will require a background check, MVR, and physical/drug screening. This TAIT position will train an individual to become a Construction Foreman. The Construction Foreman oversees construction tasks and supervises on-site personnel and subcontractors. This pivotal role ensures the coordination of projects to enhance profitability, surpass client expectations, and deliver high-quality results meeting or exceeding industry standards. Additionally, the Construction Foreman serves as the Job Site Safety Officer, responsible for implementing injury and illness prevention policies. Reporting directly to the Director, the Foreman is accountable for efficient, timely, and safe services in alignment with ethical and professional standards.
