About The Position

Wolters Kluwer CT division provides Registered agent services - with a registered agent location within the state to receive legal and critical business communications and a dedicated team to receive and route all service of process legal notifications. As a Fulfillment Associate , Document Management you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, perform process checks, and maintain documentation to support smooth operations. Your role will be essential in meeting customer service standards and optimizing order fulfillment processes. In this role you will report to Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in Ewing, NJ. Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders. Communicate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment. Conduct regular process checks and updates. Maintain operational documents and records. Assist in preparing reports and analyses. Address customer inquiries with enhanced responsiveness. Identify and report operational inefficiencies. Support the team with administrative tasks. Assist in training new team members on basic tasks. Skills: Advanced Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in more complex order entry tasks. Inventory Management: Understanding of basic inventory management principles. Enhanced Customer Service: Improved skills in handling customer inquiries. Vendor Coordination: Ability to communicate effectively with third-party vendors. Problem Solving: Basic skills in identifying and addressing operational issues. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Documentation and Reporting: Enhanced ability to maintain accurate records. Collaboration and Training: Skill in working with and supporting team members.

Requirements

  • Advanced Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in more complex order entry tasks.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service, office, restaurant or similar.
