About The Position

Requirements

• Have a background in operations, supply chain, logistics, warehouse or a related business field is advantageous.
• Be capable of managing diverse teams in an operations environment.
• Be skilled in identifying process improvement opportunities and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be experienced in working in a collaborative environment.
• Have demonstrated project management skills.
• Be able to interpret and use data for production control and process improvements.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in utilizing Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of highly skilled machine operators and processors.
• Controlling inventory and processes and maintaining documentation.
• Directing training operators and potential trainers.
• Fostering and nurturing positive relationships with suppliers.
• Ensuring internal and external SLA delivery.
• Tracking and resolving process issues.
• Managing attendance and HR policies.
• Working on client deliverables up to 50% of the time.
