Our objective is to optimize production processes and ensure on-time delivery while fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. This role will be onsite in Libertyville, IL.
Requirements
- Have a background in operations, supply chain, logistics, warehouse or a related business field is advantageous.
- Be capable of managing diverse teams in an operations environment.
- Be skilled in identifying process improvement opportunities and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be experienced in working in a collaborative environment.
- Have demonstrated project management skills.
- Be able to interpret and use data for production control and process improvements.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in utilizing Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of highly skilled machine operators and processors.
- Controlling inventory and processes and maintaining documentation.
- Directing training operators and potential trainers.
- Fostering and nurturing positive relationships with suppliers.
- Ensuring internal and external SLA delivery.
- Tracking and resolving process issues.
- Managing attendance and HR policies.
- Working on client deliverables up to 50% of the time.
