Compensation: $23.00 hourly Location: Full-time (On-site) Hillsboro, OR Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) with opportunity for overtime. Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly leadership meetings to further develop your career path.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their goals and strategize recruitment plans.
  • Lead the full candidate lifecycle, from initial phone screenings to seamless onboarding.
  • Create compelling job postings that describe the position and reflect the company values.
  • Utilize online platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn to manage high-volume candidate flow.
  • Conduct thorough phone screenings to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with teammates to consistently achieve record-breaking hiring results.
