About The Position

As a core engineer, you will own features end-to-end, from scoping to production monitoring, helping lenders process over $1B in requests. You will work autonomously in a customer-first, ego-less environment to modernize an underserved industry. Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with a proven track record of shipping production web applications that users depend on.
- Experienced generalist who thrives in small, autonomous teams and is comfortable owning features from initial definition through to launch.
- Pragmatic builder with an interest in B2B software and potentially specialized fields like mobile development, data engineering, or 3D graphics.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop new platform capabilities across a modern stack including Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, and React Native.
- Manage the entire application lifecycle, encompassing end-to-end testing, release management, and proactive production monitoring.
- Build technical prototypes and conduct R&D with emerging technologies to maintain Sitewire’s edge in virtual inspections and risk reporting.
