We are looking for a dependable and caring State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our full-time night shift team. Requirements

  • Active STNA certification in the State of Ohio
  • A caring, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight hours reliably

Nice To Haves

  • Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Help create a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for residents
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff to ensure excellent resident care
