We are looking for a dependable and caring State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our full-time night shift team. Requirements
- Active STNA certification in the State of Ohio
- A caring, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work overnight hours reliably
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Help create a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff to ensure excellent resident care
