About The Position
Support Poker Room operations by assisting with guest service, room flow, and table needs Learn and observe poker dealing procedures, game protection, and regulatory compliance Shadow Poker Supervisors and Managers to understand operational decision-making Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready Poker environment Follows all safety protocols and reports unsafe working conditions immediately Provide friendly, professional service to all guests and team members Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and project-based assignments Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a willingness to learn Uphold all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
