Join The Budd Group Team: Evening General Cleaner
Location: Ephesus Elementary School – Carrboro, NC
Pay Rate: $15.10 per hour
Are you looking for a stable evening role with a leading facilities services company? The Budd Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitorial General Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy learning environment for the students and staff at Ephesus Elementary.
Schedule & Hours
Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (25 hours per week)
Work-Life Balance: Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off!
Primary Responsibilities
As a vital member of our custodial team, your daily duties will include:
Trash Removal: Collecting and pulling trash and recycling; replacing liners.
Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
Floor Care: Vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping, and mopping hard floors.
Dusting: Maintaining dust-free surfaces in classrooms, hallways, and offices.
General Upkeep: Performing other cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the school shines.
Position Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout your shift.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical to our service at the school.
Background: Must be comfortable working in a school environment and following all safety protocols.
