About The Position

When the final bell rings and the students head home, a different kind of magic happens. The Budd Group is looking for an Evening General Cleaner to join our team in Chapel Hill. You aren’t just "cleaning a building"—you are creating a sparkling, safe, and healthy space where local students can learn and grow.
We need someone who takes pride in the "After-School Glow." Your shift starts at 4:00 PM, giving you the perfect evening window to get your work done and still have your night free!

Requirements

• 1 year of professional cleaning experience (You know the fundamentals!).
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively (Think of it as a free evening workout!).
• We need a consistent teammate for our 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM roster.
• A desire to support the Chapel Hill community.

Responsibilities

• Professional vacuuming and floor care to keep hallways bright.
• Disinfecting restrooms and high-touch surfaces (the real superhero work!).
• Emptying trash and recycling so every classroom starts at "100%" the next morning.
• Dusting and tidying to ensure the facility stays "A+ Ready."
