About The Position

Join our team for an exciting opportunity to work with Cirque du Soleil’s “ECHO” production in Redmond, WA, a world-renowned Quebec-based organization known for delivering high-quality artistic entertainment. We’re currently hiring General Labor Associates to support the setup, teardown, and site operations for Cirque du Soleil. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, outdoor environments, and being part of a large-scale live event production. Position Details: Location: Redmond, WA Date: Sunday, March 22, 2026 Schedule: Staggered overnight shifts available between 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Requirements

  • MUST be punctual and reliable
  • 1 year experience in general labor, warehouse labor, construction labor, event setup, or similar physical work
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in teams
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must provide and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe shoes) – company may provide additional items if needed
  • Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors on uneven ground and in variable weather
  • Safety vest (required)
  • Hard hat (required)
  • Steel-toe boots (required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with tent setup, stage build-out, bleachers, backstage structures, and site installation
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
  • Follow direction from supervisors and technical crews
  • Assemble and disassemble event infrastructure
  • Operate basic tools and equipment safely (training provided as needed)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Wear required PPE at all times: hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe shoes
  • Assist in any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
