About The Position
Join our team for an exciting opportunity to work with Cirque du Soleil’s “ECHO” production in Redmond, WA, a world-renowned Quebec-based organization known for delivering high-quality artistic entertainment. We’re currently hiring General Labor Associates to support the setup, teardown, and site operations for Cirque du Soleil. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, outdoor environments, and being part of a large-scale live event production. Position Details: Location: Redmond, WADate: Sunday, March 22, 2026Schedule: Staggered overnight shifts available between 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Requirements
- MUST be punctual and reliable
- 1 year experience in general labor, warehouse labor, construction labor, event setup, or similar physical work
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in teams
- Willingness to assist in any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must provide and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe shoes) – company may provide additional items if needed
Responsibilities
- Assist with tent setup, stage build-out, bleachers, backstage structures, and site installation
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Follow direction from supervisors and technical crews
- Assemble and disassemble event infrastructure
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (training provided as needed)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Wear required PPE at all times: hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe shoes
- Assist in any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
